Susanna Levitt
Susanna Levitt is proud to be performing again with the Long Beach Shakespeare Company, where she previously originated the role of Fernande in Andrew Marshall's Pan. Susanna has been busy the past few years pursuing commercial acting and can currently be seen in infomercials for Honeywell Quiet Clean Air Purifiers and Time-Life Classic Love Songs of the Sixties. She has also done background work on Boston Legal, Nip Tuck, and Oceans 13.
A theater teacher and director, Susanna has specialized in developing and teaching theater courses online, which has brought her into contact with students whose family or work schedules or life circumstances would not otherwise permit them to attend college. Her most far flung student this summer is serving with the military in Afghanistan. Her great joy is introducing students to live theater.
Susanna studied acting and improvisation at South Coast Repertory, voiceover at Kalmenson and Kalmenson, and commercial acting with Carolyne Barry, and other teachers. She is currently working on commercial audition technique with Killian McHugh of Alyson Horn Casting. Susanna is a proud member of The Actors Network.
