''Who knows...what evil...luuurrrkkkks...in the hearts of men.....The Shadow knows...ha hah hahaha hahah.'' The Shadow, who aids the forces of law and order, is in reality Lamont Cranston, wealthy young man-about-town. Years ago in the Orient, Cranston learned a strange and mysterious secret, the hypnotic power to cloud men's minds so they cannot see him. Cranston's friend and companion, the lovely Margot Lane, is the only person who knows to whom the voice of the invisible Shadow belongs. But if you attend LBSCS reenactments of these Shadow episodes, youll know, too!

NOTE: This is also First Friday in Bixby Knolls! Free festivities up and down Atlantic Avenue begin around 6:30pm, so you might want to come early and enjoy the shops, street performers, art exhibits, and more before show time at the Goad (8pm).

First Fridays Long Beach
Every first Friday night of the month, participating Bixby Knolls businesses will unite to promote local artists and musicians through extended operating hours. In doing so we hope to encourage a dialogue between businesses, artists and the community.
